Purpose of the Service

Our service provides calm, guided virtual reality (VR) experiences designed to support relaxation, comfort and emotional wellbeing for individuals.

 

Participation

Participation is entirely voluntary. Individuals may choose to stop the experience at any time.

All sessions are designed to be gentle and supportive; however, individual responses may vary.

Health & Wellbeing Considerations

While the experience is designed to be calming and low-stimulation, some individuals may experience:

• mild dizziness

• disorientation

• emotional responses

• temporary discomfort when using the headset

If any signs of discomfort are observed, the session will be stopped immediately.

Eligibility

Participants with epilepsy or a history of seizures cannot participate.

​

Supervision & Care Responsibility

Sessions are fully guided and monitored.

You are responsible for:

• identifying residents suitable for participation

• informing us of any relevant medical conditions or concerns

• ensuring appropriate supervision is available where required

Hygiene & Safety

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each use to ensure a safe and hygienic experience.

Limitation of Liability

We take all reasonable care to provide a safe and supportive experience.

However, participation at the bussiness discretion.
We are not liable for:

• individual reactions to the experience

• pre-existing medical conditions

• any indirect or unforeseen effects following participation

Consent Confirmation

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that:

• participants have been assessed as suitable to participate

• appropriate consent has been obtained where required (resident, family or representative)

• you understand and agree to the nature of the VR sessions

• you accept the terms outlined in this waiver

Photography & Social Media Consent

We love capturing special moments during your VR experience! Guests are welcome to take their own photos and videos for personal use and social media. If you share your experience online, we would greatly appreciate you tagging our website.

Our team may also take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms, unless you specifically request otherwise before or during your experience. Your comfort and privacy are important to us, and we fully respect any request not to be photographed.
